Why repair your possessions with us?

With the current free-for-all internet environment, we can see internet businesses pop up like overnight mushrooms, each proclaiming magical prowess coupled with incredible prices, just to lure trusting people to waste either their time or money or both.

Worse yet, you may even lose your precious bags to these pop-up businesses as they can close as easily as they open - overnight. However, you would be left stranded as your only connection to them may only be a mobile number that has become unavailable after being discarded.

We know you are different. You want to verify, before you commit.

We are an officially registered business with physical locations, with the Singapore Government.

Our UEN is 200304369M. By the way, UEN (otherwise known as Unique Entity Number) is issued by the government to officially registered businesses in Singapore. If you access the ACRA and are unable to find a UEN given by a service provider, it most likely means the business was never registered in the first place.

Now, we all know, 2003 stands for the year of registration. Anyone who has accessed the ACRA before will understand. So when we say that we are more than 15 years in this trade, its backed up by this registration number. (You can try asking these internet-only  businesses to find out for yourself if this is true)

We operate from two physical locations registered under our director. Both locations are again owned by the Singapore Government. Without implying anything, with strict government ruling on the rental of their premises, it just means that we are clean and decent people, free from financial embarrassment, trying to make an honest living.

All the photos we have posted are taken by ourselves of the bags that we have actually repaired in-house and are not outsourced.

There you have it. By dealing with us, you can have a peace of mind that your precious possessions are in safe and reliable hands.
