Luggage crack and dent repair

As mentioned in my blog on choosing a luggage, I have mentioned that the shell is the most important part of the luggage bag.

If a luggage crack or is dented under normal usage, it just means the luggage cannot meet the owners' performance

expectations.

We DO NOT and will never recommend repair or restore work in this instance. If a luggage is accepted for repair, the owner of the luggage is deemed to have been briefed and accepted the following conditions:

1st reason: can't restore 100 %. Smaller dents and/or joints will still be visible after restoration.

2nd reason is the restored area is assumed to be more vulnerable than before.

3rd reason is at the area of repair of cracks, it will be fortified for strength, so the surface there will be rough and untidy at best.

4th reason is the cost of executing such a repair is not in proportion to the perceived value of the repair.
